By using the same 5-axis CNC machines and CMM inspection infrastructure for prototypes as for production, we eliminate the typical re-validation effort when transitioning from a soft prototype to a hard tool.
Our prototype fixtures are not "quick-and-dirty" approximations — they are manufactured to the same drawing and tolerance as the final production tool. This means your design validation activities (process validation, first articles, gauge R&R studies) performed on the prototype are directly applicable to the production fixture without repetition.
All prototypes are manufactured under a strict NDA and design confidentiality agreement. Your component geometry and tooling designs are never shared, disclosed, or used for any purpose other than completing your project.

Quality & Delivery Guarantee
On-Time Commitment: We commit to the quoted lead time in writing. If we miss the agreed delivery date (excluding force majeure), we will expedite the re-make at no additional cost and offer a credit against your next order.
Dimensional Guarantee: Every prototype is supplied with a CMM inspection report. If any dimension is out of tolerance against the agreed drawing, we will re-make the affected feature free of charge.
Production Conversion: Prototype orders include a free quotation for the equivalent production fixture. Customers who convert to production within 60 days receive a discount on the production order equivalent to the prototype cost, up to a defined cap.
