Prototype Development
A functional, CMM-validated prototype jig or fixture in 5–10 working days. The same 5-axis CNC machines and CMM inspection infrastructure as production — not a soft approximation. This means design validation, first article inspections, and gauge R&R studies performed on the prototype are directly applicable to the production fixture.
